Came in looking for roller skates made aware I could find the in shoes I found the skates I returned to the check out to ask where I would find the skates I was the informed that I had to return to shoes and someone would help me I asked why all of this was not explained when I asked for where the skates were located one of the workers heard me and he returned to the shoe department to get the skates. I suggest that your staff be trained on helping the customer I didn't like her attitude if she's going to work in the public she needs to communicate better and act happy to be at work

Went to do some shopping today and could see my breath in the store. A worker told me the heaters broke and corporate knows but said there was nothing they could do. Its frigid temps outside and the constant opening and closing of the doors is not helping in anyway. They are shivering. Not cool. After just walking in and not being able to be comfortable shopping. We left. Bummer. Do better for your employers.

Bring back shopping in stores again!! Shawn and the workers were super helpful to me today. I watched Shawn help a customer find her wallet , and then immediately jump into helping me with what I needed help finding- not only did he help me to where what i needed was, he stayed with me, helping me make the best decision. This is a great spot, prices are reasonable and store clean. Go get your sports needs handled there 🫶🏼

Great sporting goods, hunting supplies, clothing just about everything type store. 👌. We love shopping here for exercise equipment and work boots 👢. The staff is always very kind. The store is very clean and it is never packed inside. Love the deals they have on certain items. As a man this place is my heaven 😍 ✨️ lol. Love this place. We love bringing the kids here so they can get outdoor sporting stuff and activities so they can get off those phones and tablets and enjoy the outdoor life.

I went to this Dunham’s store today to find life preservers and also look at kayaks. There was not anyone in the store walking around to assist you with your purchase. I located the life preservers that I wanted and bought those and checked out. The store associate was very friendly and helpful. Bi went back to my car and realised that I wanted something else and came back in the store. I found the items by myself and went to check out and saw the same store associate. I said something to him like, “we’re back” and he walked right by us and did not say a word. I said, “I thought you were going to wait on us again.” To that, the associate said nothing. We had to wait about 10 minutes for the person in front of us to get checked out as three other associates walked aimlessly around the store whilst the line to check out grew longer. Turns out that the cashier forgot to take all the electric devices off the people’s clothes in front of us so they had to come back in the store. Every associate should be “at the ready” to jump on a line to cash people out if the lines are long. That’s ridiculous!
